The former Turner Hall, which dates back to the 1890s, debuted as The Bonham Exchange in July 1981, after developer and nightlife savant Arthur 'Hap' Veltman gave the building some TLC to make it the replacement for his previous gay nightclub. The Bonham Exchange reopened with a list of updates in July after being shuttered for more than a year due to the pandemic.
